Jewel City Beads has become my go to place for beautiful beads. They have everything from super affordable seed beads to crystals with breathtaking shine to them. Art is very friendly and extremely helpful in trying to figure out solutions to any problem you may have. I really appreciate his expertise and willingness to contribute to your project looking the best it can.
So I went here looking for a birthday gift for my mom, wow this place is a treasure trove. I had no idea where to start, but the staff was super chill and helped me pick out beads and charms that would look amazing together. I ended up making a bracelet for her and she literally cried when she saw it, not kidding. It felt like a little adventure just walking around and picking things.
Stumbled upon this place with my mom, who is a HUGE bead collector, while wandering through downtown Montrose. Really lovely store, with a great selection of inventory. They have almost every kind of piece you might be looking for, as well as tons of hidden gems that you might not even know you need. While we were there, the owner was super warm and welcoming, asking us get-to-know-you questions, and making us feel right at home! We will absolutely be back!!
What a fantastic store! Art was so kind and accommodating! The square footage isn’t large but their inventory is full of all kinds of stones, beads, findings and the best selection of jewelry wrapping wire in Los Angeles! So happy I discovered this store. And they give classes! I’ll definitely be back for more and tell my friends where the best bead source is!
