This company has the worst customer service at the counter!! It seems like a bunch of kids are working the counter. I paid for carry on luggage for me and my wife and I had my receipt but the kid working the counter said it was just a receipt. What a joke! It showed I paid! So I had to pay again! Also , I wanted to change our return flight , guess what, they can’t do anything and they give you a number to call and they never answer!!! Equivalent to Fyre Festival! They painted a picture, had you sucked in with a heavy upfront cost then change the plans while you are already invested. No turning back at any point. I do NOT recommend this company.
Complete fraud. Cheated me out of my money
