Rude and disrespectful to anyone who try’s to just come see the airshow jets parked there. I had been going to the outside area fence for 9 years in a row to support our Airmen and women in military, the Airshow organizers even announce arrivals and times and they expect for people not to show up or try to see the aircraft up close! I was dressed in a Raptor team shirt and hat and was alone and clearly never posed any threat to be told I need to leave the area! The owner was very rude. He rescheduled my jetski experience with him from 1pm to 2pm. We were forced to incur extra costs because of him as I booked at two different jetski companies for 1pm. Upon such he refused to give me my refund. I would recommend jetski cape town as their service was great and very professional. Book with this guy at your own risk.
Charges a "handling fee" on top of the facility fee when you go get service at a business based on their facility. Just a money grab.
Debbie is the best! When we go there always have the best service and attention from all staff.
