Restaurant depot in Baltimore is the worst dirty non professional management working I went there yesterday and witnessed a lady driving lifter recklessly and very dangerously she hit one if the customer cart with lifter and did not even apologized to the customer so I complained to the duty manager Tag but unfortunately he was also a crook didn’t care what I was complaining So please don’t go to this store for safety

We operate two prominent restaurants in Virginia and frequently procure supplies from the Restaurant Depot in Chantilly, VA. I feel compelled to address the behavior of certain managers and front-line employees at this location. Unfortunately, I have consistently found them to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Restaurant depot Harrisburg, Pennsylvania has become the biggest laughing stock of them all. I spend over $200,000 a year with this company. It’s like a jungle in this place and no one working there gets two shits. The management is horrible. I finally decide to try online ordering. Send my employee up to pick up the order which it says available after 8 AM and sure enough they haven’t pulled the order yet. Talk about a shit show.
