Bad Bad service
only is we have to buy whole box but still its cheaper then any other store
Very slow working, only appt and parking problem, small space, come to night, dry van delivery good, reefer very slow
The Depot in College Point may be a bit smaller then Maspeth and Garden City. But it is so much nicer. Clean, organized and some options I can not find at the other locations. Not saying the other locations do not have them, I just cant find them. I spoke to Maria on the phone before I went and she was very sweet and helpful. I am happy I tried this depot out. Thos place has more families coming in. This a convenient location to shop.
Today my brother and me had horrible experience at Jetro!!! The black female cashier is a truly incompetent rookie. She waves the scanner around and prints out prices haphazardly. Be sure to double- and triple-check your receipt. The rule here is that you can't get a refund after you've finished paying.The manager was an Indian man. He just looked at me and told me to exchange the item for another one without even apologizing or saying anything.
