It's a Jetro/ Restaurant Depot. They are mostly the same. Where they differ most is in customer service. I can say with confidence, considering I've been to at least 7 different locations, that this one is the worst in customer service. No one has a clue. All I wanted to know was how much the tax rate was, and not only did no one know what the tax rate in NYC is, but no one could direct me to the appropriate person or resource to find out.
