What a huge disappointment from start to finish with Jetblue on our flights from FL to DC. ! Both my flights going and coming back were delayed by a lot, we arrived an hour late both times. Then we had a horrible experience with their flight attendant going to DC, who did not want to be there and treated us all poorly, she is not a good fit for the Jetblue experience at all, what a horrible time.
