UPDATE 02/19/26: Once again Ms. Shelly and her team were outstanding. My only regret is that I’m very tardy with posting my review about turning to Ms. Shelly and her team a second time. On January 31, we required notarization with two witnesses. Ms. Shelly responded quickly and was able to do an in-person notarization at our home along with the two witnesses.
