Sigma and everyone at Jet Physio are awesome! I fully tore my ACL and partially tore my meniscus while competitively skiing, and saw Sigma two weeks after surgery. I’m a highly ranked national freestyle skier, and despite the fact Sigma has never skied, he’s put so much time into understanding what would be most beneficial for me to strengthen so I come back stronger. Dr. Sigma Takeuchi has gotten me from getting off crutches after fracturing my tibial plateau to running in about 3 months! I’m super happy with his work and knowledge of rehabilitation exercises that has progressed me to the spot I’m at today (which is way ahead of schedule)! I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for physical therapy, but recovering athletes especially!!
I can't say enough good things about this place. Folks working there are super friendly and the whole vibe of the place is great. Sigma is just brilliant and the best physio I've ever worked with! He put together a program that's completely transformed how my back feels.
Ray is amazing 10/10 recommended. I had a huge hip issue I had doctors recommend me doing major surgery (PAO) and years later because of Ray I never had to do it and have no more pain, and sustain daily PT on my own that keeps me playing a 5.5+ level of squash. I can’t believe the progress I’ve made with him, it’s completely reshaped my view of the body healing itself through dedicated PT. I came from Active Marin and this was 10x better. Do not hesitate to work with him
