Ray is amazing 10/10 recommended. I had a huge hip surgery I had doctors recommend me doing and he has helped me thus far avoid it. I can’t believe the progress I’ve made with him in many ways. I came from Active Marin and this was 10x better. Do not hesitate to work with him
