2 times they were contracted to provide my transportation to Physical Therapy after my knee replacement and 2 times they couldn't bother to show up. JET chose the contract, it was not forced on them. They left a patient stranded with no way to get to PT even though they signed up to provide transportation through OneCall for workers comp. If they won't show up when getting paid a premium they aren't showing up for regular jobs either. If I could give less than 1 star I would
