We had an incredibly frustrating experience with Jet HomeLoans and would strongly discourage anyone from using them—even if an incentive is offered. From start to finish, they were completely unprepared. As the preferred lender of our builder, they had the opportunity to match our outside lender’s mortgage rate. Had no issues working with Jet Homeloans. Worked with Pamela and her team, they were all very helpful and answered all my questions during the home buying process.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ironically, Francesca Woodward sent us an email to give her a “positive review” after our experience with her at Jet Home Loans, but based on our experience with her there was nothing positive to be said so I will leave my honest review of working with Francesca. If I could give this company a negative rating I would. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN. The right hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and they are unethical. Post closing they attempted to force an increase on insurance to cover the total loan amount on a mortgage they don't hold anymore. In other words, they were attempting to get me to over-insure my home.Trying to increase insurance to cover the laon balance is ILLEGAL. Run as far and fast as you can from this company.
