We had such a great experience with Our loan officer Kim Banker and Jet Direct Mortgage! She came into our new mortgage mid way through we weren’t happy at all concerning the lack of communication with our previous Mortgage Company so Kim was recommended to us and in 4 days accomplished more than the company we weren’t happy using prior! She gave us confidence and answered any and all questions at any time she is amazing and I highly recommend using their services!!

I can’t say enough about Enid Adnolfi and how great she was, it took us 2 years to find our home and she was available everyday at anytime throughout the whole journey. Working with Kim on the purchase of my our house was an absolute pleasure! Any question that we had (and we had a lot) she was right there to answer them and simplify anything that did not make sense.
