i had a flashing blue an red line on a levo SL e mountain bike, i rang the jet team and spoke to their service guy, he said it sounds like a battery for the control panel, I asked how much, $20 and i asked when i could bring it in, he said this afternoon if you can, so i took the bike in and 15 mins and $20 bucks later i was back on the road, great customer service, thanks Jet team, i appreciated your quick support and problem solving

Purchased my S-Works SL8 from Mark over the Christmas break. My previous bike was another brand they don’t stock, but decided to purchase through Jet because their in-store service has always been great. Mark met me in-store during the closure period, which was really great and got me on the road quicker than expected. One of the best shops in Sydney.
