One of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. I called Jet Cycles ahead of time and spoke with Mark to confirm they could replace the broken chain on my e-bike. He told me to bring it in, so I made my way there—on foot, in the pouring rain—from my office in the city. When I arrived, I was met with cold stares at the counter and a weirdly hostile vibe.
