Terrible customer service and miscommunication on the phone. Saying "manager will call you back" only to be completely ignored and having to chase them up for what ended up being a complete waste of my time. Similar story to a few other companies i dealth with over the last few days. Seems to be a recurring theme among alot of places these days. They need to improve their management amongst other things :) Won't be back here.
Fantastic company to work for if you are looking to get into courier driving with your own car. Highly recommend
