We have used Jet Black Charter four times, from St.George to Las Vegas and from Las Vegas to St George. Every trip was perfect. JBC arrived exactly as scheduled, helped us with luggage, got us settled in a new, luxurious vehicle complete with snacks and bottled water, and then provided highly-skilled, efficient, safe transport to our destination -- and at very reasonable cost. We have already scheduled two more trips with JBC because they provide reliable, flawless service. We'd give them six stars if it were possible.
Called on a Sunday for an airport departure the following morning. No problem whatsoever. I was picked up on time and made the drop off with plenty of time to spare. Also had them pick me up upon my return. Worth every penny! Lincoln Navigator was more than comfortable! Multi-USB’s make it easy to work as you ride! Amazing service!!
Had a phenomenal experience with Jet Black Charter. He had amazing communication, was reliable, and flexible with our requests. Would 100% recommend! Will definitely be using them again if we need a car service in Southern Utah.
I needed transportation from St George airport to Ivins and found it difficult to find to find an airport car service until I spoke with Chris at Jet Black Charter. He was very friendly, accommodating and had great communication. The Lincoln was beautiful, comfortable and Chris even provided warm cookies and water. So enjoyed our lovely private and luxury ride to Las Vegas recently. It was so much better than having to take a shuttle there. The transport vehicle was so nice and comfortable. The front passenger seat even had a massage feature. This was a real treat before jumping on the cramped seat of the airplane. Thank you so much Jet Black Charter.
