I've always been able to go into the store and find something that I like. But now the clothes are not what they use to be. They use to be cute and classy and now I've gone in there and I cant find anything that I like. I've just been very disappointed because I loved that store.

Let me start by saying that I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but I felt this needed to be addressed. I visited the store today (11/28/2025) and noticed that an older employee with curly hair, possibly named Cindy, was speaking to other staff in a way that felt unkind, demeaning and unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. I chose to leave without making a purchase, and I’m sharing this in hopes that it can be addressed, as it would greatly improve the overall experience.

I was at the store during Black Friday (11/28) and witnessed very disrespect and demeaning behavior from one employee to another There was one employee with curly hair who rudely gestured for the other employee with long dark hair to come here and had an expression on her face that seemed to convey that she thought the employee was stupid.
