Jessie Jing’s is consistently great….excellent value!
I’m not sure why I keep going here, but I can tell you that the last time I was there which was this afternoon I won’t be going back. It’s the second time in a row that I’ve tipped and then they show me a piece of paper about tipping and then question whether or not that’s the tip that I wanna leave.
