I called on Jan 1st to make a "reservation (MUUVME) at avp.I thought I got assistances until today Jan 5, 2024 I called to add my sis on my reservation and I was told I never called, with actual proof.then to top it off they only pick up in Wilkes barre. I don’t know how a company can denied they ever spoke to someone. To make matters worse they said they were going to be out of service for me to call their competition. I’m very disappointed at how they do business. Better business is out there

If I can give 0 stars I would very unprofessional talk like they from the hood somewhere , don’t give a fuxk about their customers , get new staff ‼️
