I initially tried therapy years ago, and hated it. Sharing personal details with a stranger was difficult. The blank facial expressions and robotic responses made it even worse, so I stopped going. This was my second time around, trying to get a therapist and hoping she’s the one, but I had two sessions with her which two sessions she was falling asleep, writing nothing down didn’t ask me any personal questions just taking my money, and that was it but the main thing she kept on falling asleep on the sessions.😡😡😡
