Jess Crate sent a table with damaged surface. I informed them of it, and they told me multiple times to just be satisfied with it anyway. They finally agreed to a replacement but never sent it, and have issued no credit back to me. When I pursued a dispute through my credit card, Jess Crate told them I "ordered the wrong product," which is not accurate. I would have been fine with what they sent had it been free from defects. They have completely stopped responding to my attempts to resolve this.
Awesome
Never shopped here, but I live in collingdale, and the people driving these trucks have no moral code and are just plain ignorant and disrespectful speeding and cursing people out for no apparent reason, would definitely avoid 😬
