If I could award a gold trophy for the elite service I obtain from this practice, words aren't enough to praise the whole entire team, from the ever friendly receptionist, nurse and doctors; they take 100%pride to excel in what they do, bravo and long may it continue. 😘🤗🙏🏼
Misdiagnosed in 2018 which led to a lengthy and potentially life-threatening 3.5 week hospital stay in 2018. Glad to move on to another GP. Remember to ask for further clarification if you're unsure of your diagnosis.
I had an experience with the receptionist Marilena . I hope i have spelled her name right . She was so helpful, very polite, professional and ready to help . We really need more professionals like her !
Love the askmygp feature where you can instant message rather than waiting in a phone queue. They always respond quickly and I get appointments sorted soon after. Really efficient GP practice .
Best GP practise I’ve ever belonged to. I was a bit unsure at first, because making an appointment, getting advice etc is mostly through an online service - AskGP - but honestly, really good service. It works. Treated today by Dr Adam and a nurse (sorry didn’t catch name) both fantastic .
