Working with Leo in store was wonderful. We are ultimately glad we went with Jerusalem Furniture for our couch but if I were to rate the delivery less than 0 stars I would. The delivery guys were extremely rude, laughed at me multiple times after I answered their questions about getting the couch to my house (I have a fairly small street). My couch got accidentally dropped twice in the street/curb which could've resulted in damage (thankfully, everything seems fine). I recently bought furniture from Jerusalem Furniture in Bensalem and had a great experience. My salesperson, Lyon, was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything, gave me a really good deal, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The store has a wide selection, fair prices, and excellent customer service.
