Very nice staff but not convenient for people who work. Closes at 4pm and 1pm on Wed Closed on Saturdays First bank I have ever had tell me what to do with my money and refused to give me a new ATM card after falling negative, after getting my account back to good standards I have to wait 30days!
Never open. Closed on a Saturday. Closes at 1 on a Wednesday? How is anyone supposed to do business with them if they avoid the public. People have jobs. How about having hours that people can actually work with? I’m done with this bank.
I just love the people who work here. They are always so kind helpful and knowledgeable about anything pertaining to account activities and such. Great group of people here and I feel welcomed when I walk through the doors. Keep up the great work and thanks for putting up with my crazy life .
Not a fan. I had accounts there a few months and overall not great. First, the bill pay looks like something a high school student could code and if you set up text reminders the come at about 4am. Who wants to be reminded at 4am to pay PP&L?? Strike 2, I scheduled my bills to pay about 2 days earlier than the need to be there so a bill due on the 15th, I schedule so it will arrive by the 13th.
