Someone mistaken 415.00 for 4.15. Called about this issue on Saturday and they didn’t seem to give a crap about it. So they said Monday that it would be fixed, sure. The money is still not in my account? It’s been nearly a week since this mistake was made. I am livid!!!
Getting really irritated with my card getting declined when there is more than enough money in the account. Then cannot even pull up the info from the account because their systems are down. This has happened to us several times now. The first time it happened was when my family went out to dinner and the card was declined when we went to pay (and it was pay day so the money was there).
