Improper billing practices and rude obnoxious owner This court reporting agency sent copies to the arbitrator and charged him, even though it is an industry standard to send them a courtesy copy. Also, they sent a copy to the opposing counsel without them explicitly ordering the copy. We tried to straighten it out with the owner who was rude and obnoxious and refused to help us. We will never use this court reporting agency again.
