Worst experience ever! Not the financial institution you want if you are looking for knowledgeable employees who care about helping your situation. I wound up worse off after dealing with this place. They added 2 hard inquiries to my credit, even though they where suppose to use same report. Yet still managed to not help me. When I spoke with Finance Mgr, he laughed & said you applied for a loan. I tried to explain & he said oh well dispute it. They had no permission to run second report. His own staff admitted to error. Ins... read more
