Excellent service from staff, the doctor is the best made recommendations along my weight loss journey . I have referred family and friends provided all positive feedback.
Don't ever go here. They wasted my time, took all my personal information, only for me to show up there at the time of appointment and tell me I have to be self pay. The staff didn't check anything ahead of time, they were not proactive. Wasted my time, and made me fill out 5 different forms. I checked with my insurance ahead of time as well, that they participate. Only to find out on the day of my appointment, they wanted me to pay everything in Full and then take the claim to my insurance. Also took my $50 just to be part ... read more
