All I have to say, is that I'm VERY impressed by the knowledge , and the concern that Karen has for her customers. She went of of her way to help me get back on the water ASAP . BTW I'm over 2000 miles away . I would trust Karen with any of my mechanic needs. Thanks again Karen .
