Heather's involvement in our lives has cost us a great deal of financial loss. We were promised that nothing would come out of our own pocket. That didn't happen in our experience. She brought her friend, Kyle Kinsey, to us as a contractor. After some concerns were made to her about him, she then Vouched for him. He ended up walking off the job unexpectedly. My claim was a little different than others since I had renovation insurance and not the typical homeowners. One of my toilets water supply lines burst during one of the winter storms and the water ruined 90% of the inside of my house which meant it all needed to be replaced (the insurance I had at the time considered it a burst pipe) and even though I did have heat in the home; they wanted to deny it immediately due my home being under renovation. In August of 2020, I came home from work and was walking through water up to my ankles. Apparently the water line to my ice maker on my fridge broke while me and my husband were working. It was a complete mess. My kitchen tile, bottom cabinets, hardwood flooring in living room, dining room, hallway & powder room were all ruined.
