I have been a member of Jersey Central Federal Credit Union 2009 and has have the worse experience ever. They have very new employees there, that dont know anything about the job... They get you to one point and then steady tell u no for everything else.. Cant wait until I'm finished paying off my loans..
Unprofessional, unwilling to assist or make things easier for you. Extremely inconvenient.
awful awful awful customer serivce; i sat on hold today waiting to talk to customer service over an hour; i called three times; never spoke to anyone; how can they give any type of decent credit union service if they cant master answering the phone
