I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this credit union. On July 1, 2026, I requested a new debit card and submitted a signed change-of-address form to remove my old address. However, my address was never properly updated. When I called on August 20, I was told that my new debit card had been mailed to the new address I provided. That information was incorrect—the card was sent to my old address.
