In my 10 year career, I have never been at a loss of words to describe the level of poor service, and an inability to grasp the basics of trucking or customer service. Yet - these guys have taken the proverbial cake in that regard. I have already reached out to my entire network warning any use, or interaction of this service. For the sake of your own reputation, avoid this company at all costs. There are many great service providers to consider.
