Had such a disheartening, mediocre experience here. We ordered a groomsman suit and my partner and I were coming into town the day before to do alterations. Obviously that’s less than convenient, but it was the best we could do considering we don’t live in state; we also got to the store right at opening. The tall, brunette man was very cold and rude to us the entire experience. We asked when we should expect to pick it up and he flat-out said, “I don’t know. Whenever I finish it. Bought a Peter millar polo from here… 130 bucks, came with a stain! Barely got talked to when I walked in. Finally got pointed in the right direction. Wanted a nice polo for a golf outing with some friends. Only to show up to the golf outing with a brown streak across the front of my “brand new”shirt. Not sure if they wear their inventory before selling it but I would double check for stains! Tough look for such an expensive shirt.
