I have known Jerry 25 + years and long have concurred w Jerry especially about CPAs trying to perform actuarial work. CPAs have no specific training in actuarial field and those who still practice in that area without extra specific training and without retaining a specialist breach at least two ethical requirements: competence and retaining a specialist. Jerry clearly has advanced actuarial training and experience. For actuarial work, Jerry is the epitome of a specialist.
