I look forward to the water workouts that are available Monday to Friday at convenient times- not too early and not too late. Various instructors offer excellent cardio and strengthening aquatic exercises and you can adapt your workout to your own tolerance level. Fun times with pumpin music to keep you going. Great people. Locker room area is clean and even when it is crowded after sessions, everyone is considerate and friendly.
Love the sauna but prices have really gone up
I’ve watched this place basically go empty over the last 15 years but regardless, they’ve upped the prices to the point I won’t even have anything to do with this place. $6 to swim for an hour or 14$ to use the ymca for a day. Or $100 a month for a membership. This needs to be addressed.
I like this place. I like Saunas including dry heat sauna and steam room and hot water jets massage tank. Aquafit class is great. I like the easy availability of fitness machines with out any waiting.
Love it here, just wish they were open longer on weekends!
