Always had great customer service. Staff is friendly.
Jerry's staff did not do their jobs. I have filed a formal complaint against them at the corporate level. They had my current address and banking information for Auto-Pay and my insurance was cancelled and notice sent to my old address...which I had changed with them several months prior. NOT THE END OF THIS COMPLAINT!
