I provided a service for Mr. Richter that went unpaid for nearly three months. I have been trying to reach him since the service was performed. I have sent emails. I have left voicemail messages. I cannot recommend Mr. Richter, or any service he is involved with, since he lacks communication skills. When he finally responded to my requests for payment, he acted as if it was my fault the payment had not been collected.
