Honestly, best service you're gonna find. Kirk went out of his way for me. called me back four times To return the message I left him as I was in and out of cell service. I contacted at least half a dozen bike shops and nobody was even remotely communicative or helpful as Kirk, he offered me to drop the bike off for emergency service As I was traveling and got it fixed less than two hours, simply amazed.
Thanks to Jerks bikes I can officially call myself a "mountain biker" again. I didn't realize I needed a new chain on my 24 year old mint condition Specialized M4 until they pointed it out and put one on as part of a tune up. The new chain was like adding turbo power. Didn't take long to launch myself off a tree birm and scorpion into a truck sized boulder on the Wasatch Crest Trail just like the good ol' days.
