This bank is the absolute worst bank I have ever done business with in my entire life. I was one of there very first customers here in Chattanooga, my wife was even a head teller at one branch, and was treated terrible the entire time. Rude tellers, rude management and very unsatisfactory banking business. I wouldn't have given them a star at all but I had to just to be able to tell my thoughts. In my opinion....try another bank. Any bank would be better than smartbank.
