Say one thing and do another. Smh. The workers that I was supposed to be getting help from. Are very lousy they don't keep you updated on the help they are providing. They are very slow in the help they do provide it's so bad that the late fees on the bills just keep piling up and they (Jericho Project) say that they don't help paying the late fees. I'm thankful for what help that my case worker did provide for me. But I give this company only 1 star because a person that works here lied about the help they promise,to provide they keep you in the dark, and they treat you indifferent not nice. Also they ignore your phone calls, and won't text you back. Come on we the clients need to know what's really going on. Can't you do that much? They are doingvtheir best to accommodate my transition needs. They could use a little more consideration when given specifics to assist with cases of homelessness.
Amazing people amazing help waiting for one more thing to finalize but they have help me and my family alot and I highly recommend them and humbly greatful for there help God bless this company
