Jeremy truly cares about the client. I asked him to help a first time homebuyer client of mine who ended up buying new construction and ultimately went with the builder's preferred lender in order to receive their incentive. But before my client made that decision, Jeremy took the time to look over the incentive offer AND talk with a contact who worked for the mortgage company offering the incentive to make sure it was a solid deal and was in my client's best interest.
