Jeremy is an absolute superhero, and a pleasure to work with. As a first time buyer, he was amazing during the 'normal' parts of the mortgaging process - always clear, thorough, accessible, and willing to answer any and all questions. There was also a MAJOR hiccup a week and a half prior to closing, and Jeremy had it handled by noon, all while keeping me informed and being transparent about the process. I have pledged my first born to him in gratitude.
