I had an appointment with mr bohbot to have a fairly straight forward document Notarized with ample documentation & valid proof to support my request, At first he indicated that if I format a hand written Declaration in his presence then he could accommodate this only to backtrack when I indicated that I would be willing to do this by saying I cant.
