Visited while on holiday. Really beautiful items here and lovely service. If you bring your own bag they make a donation to a charity helping people with vet bills. What's not to love!?
My wife purchased a al-ive product today and after she had paid for the item - she checked the contents of the box. Those contents did not match the colour of the item on display and as the shop did not have the actual item in stock for sale - she asked for a refund. Upon requesting the refund - she was advised that the store does not provide refunds - but in place of this - they offered a 'store credit' or exchange of goods. My advice to anyone dealing with this business - be very very careful.
Staff are always so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you find the right gift and even wrap it. So special. So many great items in this store
