I ordered a Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. state shirt from this business. When I received the shirt it was the wrong type of polo. My shirt should have been a pique polo. I received another type of polo shirt made from a different type of fabric. I called this business three times in September and October 2023 and explained the problem to the representative who answered the phone. Came in from out of town to pick up All-Star tees right before the tournament. We had patches to be added to the shirt, and they offered to help out by ironing them on with the heat press. This saved me time and effort, and the fact that they went out of the way to help, even while obviously very busy, says a lot about their customer service. Thanks so much!
If they don't have what you need, the staff will order. Polite & friendly Staff.
