As a neighbor from the surrounding neighborhood I can say that 80% of their residents are rude as well as their “maintenance/office staff and make rude comments to people. They don’t allow anyone to drive, walk, bike on their “public” street and when you do your stared at, given rude comments and gestures and screamed at to get out of their neighborhood or they are calling the police.
