A case got dismissed because Stuart Hoover did not send out mail/email/phone regarding the specific date, meaning he did not do his job even after being paid in full, no one was there to provide evidence! They don't return phone calls nor do they take accountability. This is not someone that you want to represent you on any serious case, criminal or civil.
Phil Jensen is an excellent attorney. He went above the top to help with my case. Although there were differences in our progress, he maintained a forward motion in trying to help. For this, I cannot thank him enough.
