Melanie defended a police officer that gave me a ticket for driving while on cellphone without evidence or prove. The officer initially pulled me over for expired tab and found out the car was from a dealership and had a dealer plate. The officer then approached me and tilt his body camera and pointed it to the floor the whole time he was talking to me in the car right when he found out I had a handsfree/aux cord connected to my phone which eliminates me touching my cellphone even while using my GPS.
