I was very pleased with the person I had, I was kept up to date. It was great that I didn't need to run into the office all the time, they sent me most correspondence through emails & called me when needed.

I needed the services of an attorney and this firm delivered. I worked exclusively with Attorney Shiffler and Culleen Hoehn, paralegal. From the first meeting, I felt comfortable knowing they would be handling my case. Items and forms were prepared quickly and explained, and communication was great. When they needed action on my part they reached out. When I had questions they were addressed quickly. I believe it made the process about as smooth as it could have been. Thank you!
I’d rate zero stars for Grunewald if I could. Worst lawyer I have ever encountered. Inattentive. Didn’t do what he at he said he would do, yet somehow managed to bill for hours of “services”. What a joke. Complete waste of money. Save your cash—go elsewhere.
