One of this company’s trucks hit my vehicle, and I opened a claim with them immediately. It has now been almost 15 days, and they have completely ignored the claim. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls. This is extremely unprofessional behavior for a commercial trucking company operating on public roads. A responsible trucking company should handle accident claims promptly and communicate with the affected party.
