Jeff is good at what he does. Unfortunately you can never get a hold of him. I have tried to contact Jeff for over 6 months and can't get a single response. Now, I have been left stranded trying to figure how to settle my taxes before the EOY because he has gone MIA. His communication skills are incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. No point in having a great accountant if you can never reach him!
This company is rip off's please please stay away. Not sure why you guys are giving them 4 or 5 stars because they are liers and they will take your money and not file your taxes. Found out from the IRS that my husband and I taxes was never filed. Then they had the nerves to tell my husband on a voice-mail that they can't help him, WTH but ya'll didn't file our taxes but you can't help. I truly hope ya'll see this please stay away from here. These guys are completely incompetent. If you allow them to do your taxes, beware. Not sure how they’ve received any positive reviews (from family?), but they drop the ball more than any “professional” I’ve ever known. My fault for giving them 5 tries, but would never return for a sixth year. Still trying fix their issues and lack of follow through with the IRS. Thanks for leaving us to clean up your mess!
