I was in need of a baby stroller for a trip we were taking. I ordered it online and then reached out to Jen to see how quickly she could ship it to us as we were leaving in two days. Jen was so kind and gracious she rushed the stroller to UPS that night and I received it early the next morning for our vacation. It is so wonderful to come into contact with an owner of a business that cares that much about their customer. Jen has my business from now on!
